The two main components

together to allow your visitors to create customized packages.

transaction fee for materialized reservations.

How it
works

EventHERO is a
stand-alone system, separate from the GDS, so participating
hotels will be required to provide blocked inventory and
dedicated rates.

Properties have
the ability to adjust inventory and rates based on
availability.

Inventory can
be managed by the organizer OR properties can be given login
access to "self-edit" their inventory.

Customer
information, including credit card, can be processed by the
organizer OR passed onto properties and/or ticket venues.

Reservation
notifications are automatically faxed to properties and/or
ticket venues each time a reservation is made.
Fees
We
do not charge our affiliates to use EventHERO. Below is
the third party commission/fee structure:

Leisure FIT
Hotel Reservations: A 10% commission is charged to
properties for consumed reservations only.

Hotel &
Ticket Packages: A 10% commission is charge for the hotel
portion only. There is no fee for selling tickets when sold in
combination with hotels.

Ticket Only
Sales: When EventHERO is used to sell tickets only, a
$1.50 fee is charged per transaction, regardless of the number
of tickets purchased. The transaction fee is charged for
completed sales only.

Conference
and Event Housing: For larger events and conferences, a
$5.00 transaction fee per room booked is available in lieu of
a commission. The transaction fee is charged to the organizer
for consumed reservations only.
Pre-paid deposits
and rebates are also available based on volume.
